Customer Support Representative (Dutch and English Speakers)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in Dutch and English to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our Dutch- and English-speaking users by handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone in both Dutch and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, clear, and timely solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate assistance.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure
  - up.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the support ticketing system.
• Maintain
  - level targets and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Support the development and translation of help center content and FAQs as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch C2 or
  - level and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a customer support, help desk, or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using customer service tools (e. g. , Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Empathy, patience, and a strong

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a tech, Saa

  - commerce, or digital services environment.
• Familiarity with support KPIs and customer experience metrics.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive approach with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
