Customer Support Representative (Dutch and English Speakers)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in Dutch and English to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our Dutch- and English-speaking users by handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone in both Dutch and English.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, clear, and timely solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate assistance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure
- up. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the support ticketing system.
- Maintain
- level targets and contribute to customer satisfaction goals. - Support the development and translation of help center content and FAQs as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch C2 or
- level and English (written and spoken). - Previous experience in a customer support, help desk, or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using customer service tools (e. g. , Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Empathy, patience, and a strong
- first mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a tech, Saa

- commerce, or digital services environment. - Familiarity with support KPIs and customer experience metrics.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
- Proactive approach with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
