Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in English.
• Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

• English C1 or C2
• Must be currently based in Lisbon
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and

• Ability to work in a

  - oriented environment.
• Available to start immediately.
