We're looking for a Customer Support Representative (English Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through email, chat, and phone. If you are

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in English.
- Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- English C1 or C2
- Must be currently based in Lisbon
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and
- solving skills. - Ability to work in a
