Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative will include:

4. Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
5. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance in a friendly manner.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed:

1. Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
2. A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
3. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
