What Will You Do
The Customer Service Department (CCO) at OVHcloud is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers across six different areas, including cloud, web and telecom services.
The Commercial Customer Support Representatives sit at the intersection of customer and sales support. With strong technical understanding of our products, you will guide existing as well as prospective customers through their commercial and order queries.
You will be contributing to the company’s growth by guaranteeing customer satisfaction. You will achieve this by empowering customers to find and use the most appropriate services for their projects, while also at times handling outbound campaigns and other retention activities.
The Impact You Will Have:
In 6 months, you will be able to:
- Answer queries related to commercial topics regarding OVHcloud products.
- Help customers choose a product or service based on their technical needs, responding to all the questions about OVHcloud products or services as well as identifying additional customer needs and proactively proposing solutions.
- Document customer requests & contact details in the ticketing tools.
- Be proficient at creating leads for CSO & Professional Services teams.
- Ensure there is a proper
- up on all the registered requests and orders. - Effectively handle Outbound campaigns & retention actions for our customers.
And in 1 year you will have mastered:
- Providing excellent customer service, listening, analyzing and making recommendations.
- Understanding perfectly the OVH Web services portfolio.
- Providing
- and
- sale commercial support. - Promoting and building the image of the OVHcloud brand to future customers through strong expertise and excellent customer support.
- Become part of continuous improvement process for customer touchpoints related to commercial requests;
be able to capture customer feedback on products and services and will share it with different stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2/ C1) language (mandatory).
- Initial experience in commercial or technical support (desired).
- Familiarity with web or telco services (nice to have).
- Ability to handle technical conversations. Previous experience in IT environments (nice to have).
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
- Organized with high level of attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, have a positive attitude, be dynamic and enthusiastic.
- Passionate for technology and willing to learn and develop himself/herself.
Fluent French (C1) and English (B2/ C1) language are mandatory.
