- site team in Porto, Portugal. This role offers the chance to support one of Europe’s most recognized telecom brands while developing valuable communication and problem‑solving skills.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding subscriptions, billing, and technical issues.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer personalized solutions during each interaction.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy.

What You Bring

• French Native or strong C2 level.
• No previous experience required, full training provided.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on rotating shifts (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 19:00).
