Your responsibilities Assist customers during the booking process
Provide accurate guidance and personalized travel solutions
Follow up with travelers during their stay, including handling refunds when necessary
Support and expand the client network by ensuring customer satisfaction
Contribute to qualified lead generation for future bookings
Your profile EU citizenship or valid residency card
Fluent in French with good English skills
Passion for travel and the tourism industry
Excellent communication and listening skills

Conditions and benefits Contract : Long-term, renewable

Working hours : Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts Mon–Sun (7 AM – 7 PM)
Salary :
1, 040 € gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)
1, 240 € gross/month without accommodation
Relocation package :
Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months
