Location:

Onsite in Porto

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other inquiries.
• Offer personalized solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

- Fluent French (C2) native or advanced proficiency.

- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.
