What Youll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver
  - quality support across phone, email, or chat channels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German or French (C1 minimum)
• Strong communication skills and
  - solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center (preferred)
• Valid right to work in Portugal (EU ID, residence card, or relevant visa documents)
