You are a Hebrew speaker and a social media enthusiast? We are recruiting Customer Delight specialists for Social Media - Hebrew speaking, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Provide support to small and
- sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels - chat, email, and phone;
Support and expand the
- serve advertising base for SMB clients in online and digital advertising;
Provide
- and
- sales support for all
- service products;
Support and enhance clients’ experience with our products and tools;
Identify trends and resolve issues faced by multiple SMB clients;
Resolve customer issues promptly, communicate proactively about progress, and identify areas for clients to improve their use of our solutions;
Provide valuable product insights and feedback from customers to the engineering team.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

Excellent communication skills
Aptitude for

High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
Valid work permit in Portugal
