We’re Hiring: Customer Support Representative
Our client is a
- established association that supports motorists and promotes mobility across Portugal. They offer a wide range of services to their members, including roadside assistance, document renewal support, insurance services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle requests for assistance involving individuals and vehicles, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Coordinate available support resources efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the role.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma (12th grade).
- Previous experience in a Contact Center environment (mandatory).
- Prior experience in Roadside Assistance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English + Portuguese (C2).
- Proficiency in Windows-based tools.
- Availability for a temporary summer project.
