About The Role: As a PCI Compliance Specialist at Conectys, you will play a key role in supporting the successful launch and growth of operations in Portugal for one of our
- profile technology clients, recognized for its
- edge platform, software solutions, and global presence. You will help small and
- sized business owners protect themselves and their customers from cybercrime by assisting them to comply with industry standards and deploy tools to enhance cybersecurity posture. Conectys is a rapidly growing BPO with over 3000 employees across 7 sites, offering multilingual outsourcing services to customers in various industries.
Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and clear manner.
- Guide users through the PCI-DSS compliance process, explaining its importance and offering

- step help. - Help users access and navigate the online platform.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first contact by efficiently collecting the needed information.
- Spot opportunities to recommend relevant products and services when appropriate.
- Handle difficult or assertive conversations calmly and respectfully.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center.
- Fluency in English or EN+FR/DE/IT/ES/NL/PL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Collaborative, upbeat, and
- focused; clear communicator with active listening skills. - Professional phone presence and strong soft skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and make solid decisions.
- Available to work flexible shifts with strong schedule adherence.
