Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative who thrives in a
- paced environment and is comfortable multitasking under pressure. You’ll be the first point of contact for our players, handling inquiries, solving problems, and making sure every user walks away with a positive experience. The role requires sharp thinking, quick responses, and the ability to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle multiple live chats and email tickets efficiently and accurately

Resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay

Communicate clearly and professionally, even under pressure

Escalate technical or
- related concerns to relevant departments when needed

Stay updated on platform changes, promotions, and internal policies

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a
- volume customer support or live chat role

Professional written English (clear, polite, and accurate communication)

Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once without losing focus

Excellent written English (other languages are a plus)

Familiarity with crypto and online casino or sportsbook platforms preferred

Strong

Reliable internet and ability to work remotely

Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed
