We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative fluent in German to join our Lisbon-based support team. In this

What Youll Do

• Provide responsive,
  - quality support to customers by phone, email and live chat across a range of service and product queries.
• Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and supportive tone.
• Document customer interactions, feedback and solutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to address complex cases and escalate when appropriate.
• Share insights from customer interactions to help improve processes, products and service delivery.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) with strong English skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a calm,
  - oriented approach.
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
• Confidence using CRM or support tools;
  
  
  
  willingness to learn new systems.
• Prior customer support or service experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with a strong eagerness to learn.
