Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support to B2B clients in the
- commerce sector. - Manage client requests with autonomy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR compliance standards.
- Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve complex cases effectively.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in
- commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing. - Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Knowledge of
- office processes or SAP is a plus. - Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
