? Your Responsibilities:

? Provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat & social media
? Handle product and
- related inquiries with care and accuracy
? Suggest and support process improvements to enhance customer experience
? Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & other teams to resolve issues

? What You Bring:
? ? Native or fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
? Excellent listening and
- solving skills
? Ability to handle
- pressure situations with professionalism
? Tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and computers

? Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
