Gross salary for the Italian market: €850 base + €300 language bonus + performance bonus + meal allowance

Contract: 12 months ( with the option to stay longer)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Help with orders, exchanges, and identify upselling opportunities
• Ensure accurate case tracking and timely
  - up
• Stay
  -
  - date with product knowledge and internal policies
• Collaborate with your team to meet quality KPIs and boost customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent Italian– mandatory
• Strong English skills – written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support (ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a
  - paced environment
