Customer Support Specialist – Polish Speaker
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. The role involves providing comprehensive support throughout the customer journey, from order placement to delivery, including handling returns and payment inquiries.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist customers with
- related questions, including delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues - Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat
- Manage sensitive information in compliance with PCI and GDPR standards
- Coordinate with couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams
- Resolve complex issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Profile Requirements
- Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (C1)
- Excellent communication and
- solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible with the capacity to handle overtime when needed
- Experience with SAP or
- office systems is advantageous
Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from 07:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays)
- Health insurance from day one
- Gross monthly salary of €1, 237, including base pay, meal allowance, and bonuses
