What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer support in German for users of a popular video streaming platform.
• Handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and friendly resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional tone in every interaction.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent German speaker with at least B2 English level.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, empathy, and patience are key!
• Open to candidates with or without experience, full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work rotative shifts (Monday-Sunday, between 8 AM and 12 AM).
