Responsibilities
Are you open, communicative and love working with a diverse range of customers to help them with their IT challenges? Then join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Support Specialist (all genders), satisfying our customers by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket, and chat
- Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
- Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
- Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a

- class experience for our customers
Requirements
- University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
- At least some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e. G. , internships
- Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
