Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 operations (rotative shifts)

About the Role

We are seeking Customer Support Specialists with strong experience in customer service or financial services to join our clients dynamic international team. This is a great opportunity to leverage your communication skills and industry background while working in a supportive environment with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver
  - quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance.
• Provide accurate information and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain excellent communication standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Work in a rotating schedule, ensuring service coverage from Monday to Sunday.

Requirements (Mandatory)

Native Irish English speaker OR non Nativewith C1/C2 level of English + minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service or Banking/Financial Services/Insurance in Ireland.

Strong
