Responsibilities

Are you open, communicative and love working with a diverse range of customers to help them with their IT challenges? Then join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Support Specialist (all genders) for the English-speaking market and satisfy our customers by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Support our existing English-speaking customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
• Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
• Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
• Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a

  - class experience for our customers

Requirements

• University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish etc. are a plus
• At least some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e. g. , internships
• Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
