Support Channels: Email & Chat only – no phone calls

Languages: Intermediate German (B2-C1) + Intermediate English (B2) required

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer support through email and chat in German and English
• Handle inquiries, offer clear guidance, and follow company protocols
• Document interactions accurately using internal tools
• Collaborate with a diverse, international team in a

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent German speaker living near Porto
• Customer service experience (email/chat support preferred)
• Intermediate German (B2-C1) written communication skills
• Intermediate English (B2) for training and team communication
• Available immediately and flexible to work shifts, including nights
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated
