Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver written support in German and English via email and chat
• Respond to user queries, provide accurate information, and follow established procedures
• Log interactions and case updates using internal tools
• Work as part of a multilingual,
  - savvy team

Who We're Looking For:

• Fluent or
  - level German speaker living in or near Porto
• Previous customer service experience, especially in email/chat roles
• Strong written communication in both German (B2C1) and English (B2)
• Able to work flexible hours, including rotating and night shifts
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow professionally
