Role Overview

• Respond to customer inquiries in German and English through written communication
• Troubleshoot issues, offer clear guidance, and follow internal workflows
• Accurately log all interactions using internal systems

  - level German speaker currently residing in Porto or nearby
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in
