Overview

German-Speaking Customer Support (Email & Chat Only) On-Site in Porto. Location: Porto, Portugal (on-site). Start Date: Immediate. Full-time. Rotating shifts (including possible night hours). Support Channels: Email & Chat (No voice support).

Responsibilities

• Assist users in German and English via written communication (chat and email)
• Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate responses, and follow support procedures
• Log interactions and case details in internal systems
• Work in a collaborative, multicultural environment and meet team KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Native-level or fluent German speaker living near Porto
• Solid background in customer service, especially via chat/email
• Good written communication skills in both German and English
• Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings and night hours
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to grow
