Customer Support Specialist (Japanese speakers) - Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
• Handle customer queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Experts, etc. ) to improve the overall Customer Experience.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement through customer feedback.

Requirements

• Native or C1 level of Japanese.
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and switch between various communication channels.
• Team‑player mindset and flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week.
