Neo Group is seeking a motivated and
- oriented individual to join as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional service and support to our Portuguese-speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese via calls, chats, and emails.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Patient, empathetic, and
- focused mindset. - Strong
- solving and conflict resolution skills. - Experience with crypto is a big plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a
- paced environment. - Ability to work in shifts – Morning, Afternoon, Night; 5 days a week including weekends.
