Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via voice, chat, and email in Hebrew
• Resolve account, product, and
  - related issues efficiently
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships
• Document all interactions and elevate cases when needed
• Contribute ideas for continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Native or
  - native Hebrew proficiency
• Strong English skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication & problem‑solving abilities
• Customer service or tech support experience is a plus — not a must!
