About the Role
You’ll be part of a

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via voice, chat, and email in Hebrew
- Resolve account, product, and
- related issues efficiently - Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships
- Document all interactions and elevate cases when needed
- Contribute ideas for continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Native or
- native Hebrew proficiency - Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication & problem‑solving abilities
- Customer service or tech support experience is a plus — not a must!
