Customer Support Specialist with Italian language – Leisure & Sports Sector

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the leisure and sports sector. This role requires excellent communication skills in Italian (C1) and good working knowledge of English (B1).
Location: Office-based (with the possibility of Work From Home after training and nesting period)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (fixed schedule for now). In the future, shifts may cover Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Assist customers with inquiries related to leisure and sports products and services.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
Italian C1 level (mandatory).
English B1 level (mandatory).
Strong communication and
- solving skills.
Full working rights in Portugal
Availability to work
- based (possibility to work from home after training/nesting).
Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
What We Offer:
Base salary: €900 gross/month (x14 annual salaries, according to Portuguese law).
Cash meal allowance: €132/month.
