Customer Support Specialist with Italian language – Leisure

We are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist
to join our team in the leisure and sports sector. This role requires excellent communication skills in
Italian (C1)
and good working knowledge of
English (B1)
.
Location:
Office-based (with the possibility of Work From Home after training and nesting period)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (fixed schedule for now). In the future, shifts may cover Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to leisure and sports products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
- Italian C1 level (mandatory).
- English B1 level (mandatory).
- Strong communication and
- solving skills. - Full working rights in Portugal
- Availability to work
- based (possibility to work from home after training/nesting). - Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- Base salary:
€900 gross/month
(x14 annual salaries, according to Portuguese law). - Cash meal allowance: €132/month
