What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor our Customer Support team.
- Ensure smooth daily operations & handle escalations.
- Drive

- 5+ years in customer support or
- facing roles. - Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs/tools.
- Fluent in English (French is a big plus!).
- A proactive
- solver with excellent communication and leadership skills.
