- focused global company**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**As a **Swedish-Speaking Team Leader for Customer Support project, ** you will:
- Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors. - Closely monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s of the project. - Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team. - Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving
- level performance. - Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication

- **Have a high level of Swedish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)**:
- Have at least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)- Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI’s)- Have Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel- Have excellent communication and leadership skills**What we offer you**:
