- Backoffice work. What distinguishes you:
- Fluency in Italian (mandatory level C1-C2)- Fluency in other languages is highly preferable;



- High School Diploma or
Secondary School Completion Equivalent;



- Minimum of a year’s experience in a Customer Support or Customer Service role, in a
- national environment (preferable);



- Strong communication skills - with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills;



- Solid computer skills;
