About The Role

Join our team providing customer support for telecom products and services. You'll assist French-speaking customers with inquiries, technical questions, and account issues while ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements

• Native or C2 level French
• Good English communication skills
• Availability to work in rotating shifts (Mon-Sat, 7 AM-7 PM)
• Must have valid work documents: EU Citizenship, or Portuguese Residence Card including valid NIF and NISS
