About the Role

Join our team providing customer support for telecom products and services. Youll assist French-speaking customers with inquiries, technical questions, and account issues while ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements

Native or C2 level French

Good English communication skills

Availability to work in rotating shifts (Mon
Sat, 7 AM7 PM)

Must have valid work documents:

• EU Citizenship, or
• Portuguese Residence Card
  
  Including valid NIF and NISS
