Customer Support Trainer - German

Responsibilities include:
- Managing training requirements and resources for new hire induction and program training, flagging resource constraints promptly.
- Continuously improving training materials and curriculum in collaboration with the training and outsourcing teams.
- Ensuring effective knowledge sharing and approval processes for Training and Policy between Service Provider and the team.
- Providing leadership in process, curriculum, and content improvements.
- Developing materials according to standards and revisiting them for relevance.
- Creating knowledge tests and monitoring learning progress.
- Implementing process changes and updates from the client.
- Overseeing content revisions based on SME feedback.
- Delivering classroom and refresher trainings, and upskilling employees.
- Tracking training performance to meet client requirements.
- Monitoring assessments and managing employees during training.
Required skills:
- Intermediate process improvement, reporting and analytics, quality management, content development, and people management skills.
- Expertise in communication and training facilitation.
- Fluency in English and minimum C1 proficiency in German.
