We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals with a strong technical mindset and solid customer support experience to join our team in Lisbon. You will be supporting a globally recognized tech client (name confidential) and assisting customers with a wide range of technical issues.
Location: Lisbon
Work Type: On-site
Contract: 6 months (renewable)
What You’ll Do
- Provide
- quality technical support via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms - Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, wireless connectivity, and
- commerce - Handle general inquiries and
- sales questions - Escalate complex cases and work with technicians to resolve them
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to drive customer satisfaction and process improvements
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (rotational schedule)
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)
- Prior experience in customer or technical support
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Clear communication and
- solving skills - Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a
- paced environment
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00–20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00–17:00
- Rotational days off (2 per week)
Compensation
- Complexity Bonus: €135 gross/month (paid over 11 months)
- Performance Bonus: €120 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
- Total Monthly Gross: Up to €1, 355/month
Relocation Package
- Travel Costs: Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 (economy class), paid at the end of the 6th month of the contract
- Accommodation: If relocating from outside Portugal: a room in a shared apartment (max. 12 months), rent €280/month including utilities (deducted directly from salary).
