What You'll Do:

Assist users with inquiries and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media
Adapt brand voice and tone to ensure professional, empathetic communication
Handle escalations and document all relevant case details accurately
Provide excellent customer care that enhances brand reputation

What We're Looking For:
Native/Fluent Dutch (C2) and strong English skills (B2)
Right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
Customer-focused with excellent

Guaranteed €135 monthly bonus
