Customer Support with German
Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, multicultural team in Porto, providing empathetic and professional support for advanced diabetes care devices that improve lives across Europe.
Your Role
Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and
- quality support
Deliver troubleshooting and technical help for devices and accessories
Assist customers with product usage across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, SMS)
Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in line with procedures
Apply active listening, empathy, and professionalism in sensitive or challenging situations
Follow scripts and compliance procedures to meet safety and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
Fluent German (C1+) with strong English (C1)
Ability to support multiple European markets
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support (an advantage)
Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices (a plus)
Strong communication and

Organised,
- oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
Calm under pressure, with excellent stress management and empathy
