Position Overview:

We are currently looking for Greek-speaking Customer Support Agents to join a
- growing team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading global brands in the digital advertising space, supporting

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide support to
- level clients via chat, email, and phone.

- Assist customers with the

Candidate Profile:

- Fluency in Greek (mandatory) and proficient English.

- Strong communication,
- solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic technical proficiency and computer skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a
- paced environment.

- A team player with a proactive and
- oriented mindset.

- Previous experience in customer support or digital marketing is valued but not required.
