We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

• 2000 euros signing bonus
• Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)

Your tasks:

• Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat.
• Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions to customers.
• Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress.
• Deliver customer service for
  - sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
• Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products.

What you need:

• Fluency in Italian language (must be at least C2)
• Fluent in English language (at least B2)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

• Full time contract signed with a Portuguese employer
• Salary of 1000€ gross x 14 months
• Complexity bonus -100 € gross
• Meal Allowance (net) 7. 23€ per day
• Transport allowance - 20€ per month
• Health Insurance Since day 1 (free after 6 months)

Relocation package:

• Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of contract - up to 400€ in Economy class
• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
