What You Will Do

• Handle customer inquiries and provide advice regarding their health insurance contracts, coverage, reimbursements, and all aspects of their contract life cycle (subscription, amendments, cancellations, premiums, etc. ).
• Manage contracts: registration, cancellation, and premium collection.
• Assist with health services: enter reimbursements, create quotes, issue coverage approvals, in accordance with internal procedures.
• Update and modify customer records (contract details, address, bank information, etc. ).
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through quality responses, efficient work, and achieving performance indicators.
• Note: There will be no sales or prospecting involved in this role.

What You Need

• Fluency in Lithuanian
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and

• Basic computer knowledge and technical skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
