Customer Support with Norwegian for SAS Airlines (relocation to Warsaw, Poland)
Your responsibilities:
- You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help.
- Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
- Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump.
- Chat or talk with passengers - whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
- Create real connections. We want customers to remember you - the awesome human who helped them out.
Our requirements:
- You speak Norwegian fluently (C1) and your English is solid too (B2).
- You’re positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings.
- You listen first, then speak clearly and confidently.
- You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
