Overview

CUSTOMER TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – TPM (HYBRID ÉVORA). Portuguese company hires for HYBRID work.

Location: Évora, Portugal (2 days in office)

Candidates must already live in Portugal.

Language Requirements: English (B2, mandatory), Portuguese (nice to have).

Seniority: 7+ years of experience. Client Sector: Telecommunications.

What You Will Do

• Lead and direct the technical functions of the Analysis & Design group and the Integration, Verification & Validation group.
• Ensure seamless integration, verification, and validation of our telecommunications and cloud technologies.
• Manage selected complex projects where we are the End-to-End owner, including
  -
  -
  - kind, large,
  - standard, and
  - organizational solutions, or those involving third parties.
• Contribute during the
  - sales phase to help win new business by convincing customers of our solution's value.
• Solve complex technical issues and drive projects to meet challenging deadlines with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and
- directed professional.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in complex projects with
  - domain and E2E technology areas.
• Extensive experience in Telco Core networks and Cloud and Data Centers.
• Strong understanding of
  - sales aspects, including scoping, estimation, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical issues.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of business ownership and leadership.
• Ability to create order and structure in an ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Configuration and Change Management.
• Proficiency in IP Networking Protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, and BFD.
• Knowledge of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, and HSRP.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Mandatory Requirements & Key Skills

To be considered for this role, your CV must clearly demonstrate the following:

• IP/MPLS protocols (IGP, BGP, RSVP, LDP, etc. ) and Mobile Network interfaces/protocols (2G-3G-4G-5G).
• Your experience in managing complex, End-to-End solutions.
• Your involvement in the
  - sales phase of projects.
• English speaking proficiency.

Location: Évora, Portugal (2 days in office) is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates outside of Europe.
