? Responsibilities:
? Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
? Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
⏱ Resolve inquiries efficiently within set timelines
? Escalate complex cases when needed to other departments
? Document actions and categorize bugs or technical issues
? Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction
? Maintain and update relevant administrative forms
? Requirements:
✔ Native/fluent in Dutch (C1) and fluent in English (B2+)
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
✔ Resilient,
- oriented, and calm under pressure
✔ Team player who can also work independently
✔ No previous contact center experience required
