Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a proficient CW Quality Tester to enhance our team’s capabilities in delivering
- quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies, coupled with extensive testing tool experience. Strong analytical skills and a passion for quality are essential to drive continuous improvement and effective communication across diverse teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze user stories.
• Design and execute test cases (manual or automated), analyze results, and report bugs and errors to the development team.
• Act as a
  - on quality expert to enhance engineering practices.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist Digital Delivery Teams in ensuring high quality deliverables.
• Collaborate on Continuous Integration / Continuous Development evolution.
• Liaise with multiple teams to build superior quality software.
• Provide deep technical testing expertise focusing on agility and usability.
• Ensure
  - user satisfaction and maintain
  - level requirements.
• Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve
  - related initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, Test
  Rail, or similar.
• Experience with Postman for API testing, including creating and analyzing requests and responses.
• Experience in database systems, able to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
• Good knowledge and experience in Salesforce testing.
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality testing.
• Certification in QA or testing (e. g. , ISTQB) is valued.
