**Function**:
- Establish a proactive recruitment and targeted talent acquisition program to build talent pools in line with our succession planning and talent review programs;



- Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent;



Be active in a range of networking and recruiting events;



**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;



- 5+ years of experienceas a Recruiter;



- Familiarity with
IT technology trends and previous experience in Software/Internet/IT Consulting industry will be a plus;



- Fluent in English;

Ability to collaborate and work well within a team;



- Excellent communication ability;



- Good organizational and
