You will be part of the sales team, responsible for identifying business leads, assessing potential needs, and delivering qualified opportunities.

Excellent client interaction skills are essential, requiring a confident and assertive attitude to promote the company's ideas and benefits.

The role involves designing customized solutions for commercial purposes, requiring knowledge of architectural and design principles, and the ability to explain and recommend improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Selling and supporting the company's portfolio;
• Working with the sales team on proposals and pitches;
• Guiding prospects through the customer journey;
• Designing solutions and creating proposals;
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality;
• Identifying new business leads and opportunities;
• Managing accounts and contributing to sales strategy;
• Ensuring coordination between Sales, Delivery, and Business Support;
• Participating in brand awareness initiatives.

Technical Capabilities:

• Knowledge in Information Security and Cyber Security;
• Experience in business development;
• Basic knowledge of Network and Application Security;
• Understanding of Incident Response and SOC operations.

Academic Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Languages:

• Portuguese and English.
