Cyber Program Control Officer

We are looking for a Cyber Program Control Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Support project and program steering.
- Assist in defining, developing, and implementing cybersecurity strategies aligned with group and territory objectives.
- Adapt group project and program plans to
- specific contexts. - Assist in preparing and facilitating committees with stakeholders at different management levels. Report and support territory program activities. Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
- Document projects, including plans, reports, risk analyses, and security procedures.
- Assist in project resource management, including budget (budget, FTE) formalization and monitoring.
- Lead cybersecurity maturity assessments for the territory.
- Assess territory security risks against the
- defined cybersecurity framework. - Collect and challenge maturity evidence.
- Participate in project scoping to achieve maturity targets.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of rules and norms, including regulatory standards and translating them into internal policies.
- General knowledge of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to verify operations and ensure procedures are followed.
- General knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and requirements.
- Ability to evaluate and challenge risk opinions, approve, and decide on new activities and projects.
- Comprehensive IT knowledge, including major processes, assets, and solutions.
- Ability to understand business needs and relate them to IT.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Macro, Power
Point). - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Personal impact and influence skills.
- Organizational and summarization skills.
- Adaptability and change management capabilities.
- Ability to challenge information and inspire others, generating commitment.
- Ability to develop and leverage networks.
- Fluency in English.
