We are looking for a Cyber Program Control Officer.

Responsibilities:

1. Support project and program steering.
2. Assist in defining, developing, and implementing cybersecurity strategies aligned with group and territory objectives.
3. Adapt group project and program plans to
   - specific contexts.
4. Assist in preparing and facilitating committees with stakeholders at different management levels. Report and support territory program activities. Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
5. Document projects, including plans, reports, risk analyses, and security procedures.
6. Assist in project resource management, including budget (budget, FTE) formalization and monitoring.
7. Lead cybersecurity maturity assessments for the territory.
8. Assess territory security risks against the
   - defined cybersecurity framework.
9. Collect and challenge maturity evidence.
10. Participate in project scoping to achieve maturity targets.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of rules and norms, including regulatory standards and translating them into internal policies.
2. General knowledge of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
3. Ability to verify operations and ensure procedures are followed.
4. General knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and requirements.
5. Ability to evaluate and challenge risk opinions, approve, and decide on new activities and projects.
6. Comprehensive IT knowledge, including major processes, assets, and solutions.
7. Ability to understand business needs and relate them to IT.
8. Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST standards.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Macro, Power
   Point).
10. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
11. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
12. Personal impact and influence skills.
13. Organizational and summarization skills.
14. Adaptability and change management capabilities.
15. Ability to challenge information and inspire others, generating commitment.
