We are looking for a Cyber Program Control Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining, developing, and implementing cybersecurity strategies aligned with group and territorial objectives.
• Adapt project and program plans to specific territorial contexts.
• Prepare and facilitate committee meetings with stakeholders at various management levels; report on and support territorial program activities; communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Document projects, including plans, reports, risk analyses, and security procedures.
• Assist in resource management, including budget and FTE monitoring.
• Lead cybersecurity maturity assessments for the territory.
• Assess security risks against the group’s cybersecurity framework.
• Gather and challenge evidence of maturity.
• Participate in project scoping to achieve maturity targets.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of rules, norms, and regulatory standards; ability to translate standards into internal policies.
• Understanding of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to verify operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• General knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and requirements.
• Ability to evaluate and approve new activities and projects.
• Comprehensive IT knowledge, including processes, assets, and solutions.
• Ability to understand business needs and foster IT-business relationships.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Macro, Power
  Point).
• Strong collaboration, organizational, summarization, and communication skills.
• Ability to support change, challenge information, influence others, and develop networks.
• Fluency in English.
